At Cycling Supreme, we are committed to providing high-quality cycling apparel that meets your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases where we have sent the wrong size or the wrong product.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • We have shipped the incorrect size.
    • We have shipped the wrong product from what you ordered.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at 5605 Wolseley, H4W-2L4, Montreal, QC within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided. Please include the RA number with your return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong size or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Processing Returns:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return criteria.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you within 7-10 business days.
