At Cycling Supreme, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is crafted and inspected with care — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only approved if Cycling Supreme has sent the wrong product or incorrect size. In these cases, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our apparel, we cannot issue refunds for orders due to change of mind, wrong size choice, or customer error. However, exchanges are available in select cases — contact our support team for assistance.
📦 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges unless Cycling Supreme has made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
⏱ Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
